Embassy Suites by Hilton Bethesda Washington DC

Breakfast was Amazing Maria G the attendant was extremely helpful, friendly, and kind. So the whole experience was not met. BUT I will say this about this hotel. After bringing my concerns and what went wrong the management comped my room which I didn't expect. Yes, things weren't great but on the flip side, they offer some great perks ( Free 2 alcohol drinks and a free appetizer) indoor and outdoor pools, a Hot tub, and an Amazing complementary breakfast. I think training on customer service should be done for the whole staff. You as a guest should not have to ask for condiments for your meal. The restaurant staff at least the night staff needs to check on your guests after they receive their meal( 2 minutes 2 bites check) As for the rooms they were clean the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels and washcloths, condiments ( shampoo, conditioner, body lotion were all very nice) Now would I recommend this hotel to friends, family, coworkers? Yes I would but also call ahead to make sure you get the room you booked and ask about parking, breakfast, check in and check out. The prices to stay at this particular.hotel is what I would say very high. If I was to grade this hotel 70% out of a 100%

Fresh, fluffy, and packed with flavor, they’re hands-down the best way to start the day. The breakfast spread is always on point, but those omelets? Next-level delicious! And when it’s time to unwind in the evening, we know exactly where to go. Our go-to bartender, Joe, has been with us every stay, and he’s an absolute rockstar! His drinks are expertly crafted, and his friendly, welcoming energy makes every visit to the bar a great time. Between the incredible staff, the cozy yet upscale atmosphere, and the little touches that make each visit special, Embassy Suites Bethesda has truly become our home away from home. Can’t wait for stay #4! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend!

Convenient parking, the mall is right down the street you have everything you need in this area ...and it's quiet family friendly location for sure, they have an indoor and outdoor pool with a jacuzzi and they have life guards working when the kids are in the pool it's amazing so bring your bathing suits and the rooms are awesome with seating area it's dope you'll love it

Loved the overall stay at the hotel which included: the hot breakfast, nightly reception, indoor and outdoor pool, lobby, room, super location walking distance to shopping.. The staff was well organized and attentive. We were very pleased with the accommodations we experienced at the hotel.

The moment we arrived our experience was exceptional! Our room was clean and comfortable and we loved the quiet. Breakfast was delicious, we checked in and my fiancée made herself a Belgian Waffle and I had a full breakfast of fresh scrambled eggs, hickory smoked bacon, red potatoes with onions and brown sugar oatmeal! We will definitely be staying again, thank you! Everything was amazing! We even had a 12 o’clock checkout time without asking for an extension!
